The City of Traverse City hereby solicits proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services for the design, engineering and construction of the West End Parking Structure. The scope of work shall generally include the following: o Customary architectural services. o Customary engineering services including but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, site, and traffic engineering. o Landscape design, if applicable. o Design Development of approved schematic design documents including plans, sections, elevators, typical construction details and diagrammatic of building systems. o Identification of how the structure could potentially be repurposed in 50 to 60 years o Cost estimates during all phases of the work. o Prepare construction documents based on approved design development documents. o Bidding services for competitive bidding for one (1) or more construction contracts. o Construction phase services as may be required. o Project close out including record drawings o Other services that may be required or recommended by the interested firm. o Operational Equipment Control Design and compatibility. o Identification of utility relocation and/or underground of utilities in the alleyway.
