The work for this contract generally includes removals of existing pavements; installation of new storm drain pipe, inlets and manholes; grading/earthwork, retaining wall construction, construction zone traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, hot mix asphalt placement, concrete pavement placement, signage and striping. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contractor shall complete the work by within the working days allowed on the project. The Notice to proceed date is estimated to be July 21st 2023. If Construction Completion is not issued by the Town by the end of the working day contract, Liquidated Damages shall be assessed.
