SBE participation of at least twenty percent (20%) has been set as a minimum qualification on this solicitation and is required as a matter of responsiveness. The SBE participation can be met by a combination of any SBE prime contractor, subcontractors and/or suppliers. Responses including voluntary participation in excess of 30% may be eligible to receive additional points during the evaluation process (SBE Equalization Points). The Bidder is required to submit a refundable Bid Guarantee (cashiers check only) in the amount of $1,000.00 made payable to the Wayne County Airport Authority.
