Providence Health Care ("PHC") is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labour, materials, equipment, and services to convert the existing office space, approximately 3300 square foot area, into a new six (6) single resident room neighbourhood within the Youville Residence, a long term care facility. Within the new neighbourhood ("6 Single Resident Room Neighbourhood"), there will be six (6) single resident rooms, a private washroom in each resident room, a Care Station, a Med Room, a Clean and Soiled Utility Room, a Shower Room, and a Dining Area and Lounge, all designated to provide a home like feel. This neighbourhood will be located in the North Wing, on the Ground Floor, of the Youville Residence located at 4950 Heather Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
