Renovation of a transportation facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Vancouver Maintenance Center (VMC) was built in 1987 and has since undergone limited upgrade throughout its entire site. The Ventilation and Control Upgrade project will aim at optimizing the ventilation efficiency, ensuring adequate indoor air quality and allow for the monitoring of the equipment with a new Building Automation System (BAS). The work must be substantially completed by December 15th, 2024 General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years' experience as well as a minimum Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their related expertise of work. Tenderer confirms his Tender complies with all requirements, specifications and commits to respect them during the entire project duration. Tenderer commits to respect VIA's Contractor Safety Guidelines Tenderer must have attended the Mandatory Site Visit.
