Renovation of a library in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City invites Tenders for the Replacement of Library Square Domestic Water Booster Pump which is at end of life and leaking and add ventilation to the mechanical room. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Construction and of replacement of the existing domestic water booster pump at the Central Library along with ventilation upgrades in the P1 Water Entry room. The new pump will be installed in the same location as the existing pump, and all necessary electrical and plumbing connections will be made to ensure seamless integration with the existing water supply and distribution system. The project will also include the removal and disposal of the existing pump Replacement of leaking valves within the P1 Water Entry Room Documentation of the installation, including but not limited to record drawings, pressure tests, and operation and maintenance manuals in accordance to the mechanical specifications. Commissioning reports Plumbing and Electrical Trades permits Final inspections Hazardous Building Materials Abatement
