Reference Number 0000341837 Question Deadline 02/20/2024 The Bidder agrees that time is of the essence, and Contract completion shall be November 22, 2024 This project consists of the removal of portions of NB Martin Luther King, Jr,. Boulevard (MLK), median boulevard and sidewalk between St Joseph Street and Ionia Street, and the reconstruction of MLK as a five- lane roadway within this segment of the MLK corridor. Additional milling and resurfacing and installation of a pathway is also included with this project. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Safety Standards Plan A Bid Guaranty (in accordance with Federal Circular No. 570) in the amount equal to but not less than 5% of the total amount of the proposal shall accompany all bids. Certified checks, bank drafts, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), Small Business Administration Guaranteed Securities, or a Bid Bond will be acceptable. *The City reserves the right to accept any bids, to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
