The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of constructing a 2.5 million gallon composite elevated storage tank and appurtenances along with approximately 450 feet of 24-inch water main and appurtenances, 50 feet of 12-inch water main and appurtenances, connection to an existing 30-inch water main, connection to an existing 16-inch water main, a pressure reducing valve vault, access road, site grading, stormwater improvements, a stormwater detention basin, electrical and controls, site clearing, restoration and fencing work to provide a complete and operational system. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued in October of 2023. Bids received shall remain subject to acceptance for a period of 90 days from the project bid opening date.
