he City of Lee's Summit is soliciting bids for qualified firms or persons to provide Parking Lot & Trail Maintenance Services primarily for the Parks & Recreation Department on an as needed basis as a yearly contract. From time to time, other City Departments may also have a need to utilize these services as well. The successful bidder shall be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment to include crack filling, sealing, restriping, and curb painting and lettering. In accordance with the City of Lee's Summit Procurement Policy, competitive sealed Bids for Pavement Maintenance & Repair Services will be received until the date and time referenced above (the "Bid Deadline"). Bids may only be submitted electronically. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids received by the Bid Deadline shall be publicly opened and the Bid Price read. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City staff prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered. * The City of Lee's Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. Final Date and time for Inquiries: May 31st, 2023 at 12:00 PM Local Time
