As of July 31,2023, one house was awarded to 4 Season Demolition-Wilmington, NC for $8,400.00 and two houses were awarded to Corbett Clearing & Demolition for $12,228.00 and $14,634.00, Inc-Goldsboro, NC. No bids were received for the rehabilitation of one house. Separate sealed bids for the demolition/clearance of three (3) houses, rehabilitation of one (1) house, and provision/set-up of three (3) State Building Code modular houses.
