**As of June 29, 2023 this project has been awarded to Murtco Utility Services, LLC with bid amount of $2,649,373.50** BID SECURITY: A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Marshall County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding This project consists ofthe installation ofapproximately 41,000-Lf. of6" and 14,300-l.f. of 8" PVC water main along various roads west ofthe City ofBenton in Marshall County, KY. The new water mains will serve a dual purpose: (1) to replace existing small diameter water mains that have currently low levels ofservice; (2) to extend potable water service to currently unserved residents in the City ofBenton's service area
