OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Marshall County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding This project consists ofthe installation ofapproximately 41,000-Lf. of6" and 14,300-l.f. of 8" PVC water main along various roads west ofthe City ofBenton in Marshall County, KY. The new water mains will serve a dual purpose: (1) to replace existing small diameter water mains that have currently low levels ofservice; (2) to extend potable water service to currently unserved residents in the City ofBenton's service area
