Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
project will establish a signed bike route on existing low-volume residential streets through the installation of Signage and the construction of intersection improvements at arterial crossings. The project will improve 2 crossing on Country Homes Blvd. by adding Rapid Flashing Beacons. Additionally, a new paved pathway will be constructed on an approximately 500-foot segment of Whitehouse Street. The project will begin at Greta Avenue and terminate at Whitworth Drive; total length is 2.24 miles No bid may be considered for public work unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding.
