NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for HALLWAY RENOVATION AT THE JOINT WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT LABORATORY DESCRIPTION: The Districts is seeking a Contractor to renovate the laboratory hallway at the Joint Water Pollution Control Plant located at 24501 S. Figueroa Street, Carson, CA, 90607. Scope of work includes replacing ceiling lights, demolition, and other renovation (flooring, paint, electrical, etc.) services to complete the proposed renovation. Any questions regarding this bid must be directed per the instructions listed within the bid package. Hallway b. Remove and replace thirty-seven (37) hallway ceiling lights with 1 x 4 LED ceiling lights. REVISE TO: b. Remove and replace thirty-seven (37) hallway ceiling lights with 1 x 4 LED ceiling lights with the following specifications: LED lamps shall be certified high efficacy light sources in compliance with Title 24 Part 6 Joint Appendix JA8: https://www.energy.ca.gov/sites/default/files/2021-06/CEC-400 2018-021-CMF.pdf Portor Lighting PT-BLP3-14-3CP or equivalent Color temperature: Selectable 3500K/4000K/5000K Lumens: 2900-5000 each Fixture CRI: 80-90 (80 is the minimum) 2. Copy Room and Janitor Closet c. Remove and replace the existing lights with five (5) 2 x 4 LED ceiling lights with a dimmer.
