The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the excavation and backfill of almost all the Clavette Street. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2022-78 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2022- 306), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price, or a certified cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act and the General Regulation - Construction Remedies Act, (OC 2021-273) including the requirement a Labour and Material Payment Bond in substantially the same form as Form 18 and a Performance Bond in substantially the same form as Form 19 of the General Regulation - Construction Remedies Act. award is subject to final approval.
