Site work for an educational facility in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Main Entrance Concrete Stairs: - Cut handrail posts at base and temporarily relocate existing handrails from area of work. - Sawcut and demolish last concrete step at top of each stair run. - Sawcut and remove portion of existing sidewalk at bottom of stairs. - Prepare and pour new reinforced concrete topping over existing stairs. - Install new handrail bases over new concrete topping. - Weld existing handrails to newly installed bases. - Any incidentals required to complete the work of this contract .2 Playground Wood Stairs: as detailled in section 00 41 14 paragraph 1.2.1.2. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
