The Municipality of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the Grit Removal Chamber Renovation. Work consists of removing and replacing specialized equipment inside the grit removal building. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2022-78 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2022- 306), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
