The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for performing concrete repairs on the slab of the vehicle repairs garage of Edmundston Energy. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development Department, located on the 2nd floor of Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted. This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
