Renovation of an educational facility in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provide all labour, material and equipment for demolition of existing condensing unit, cooling coil, refrigerant piping, pipe support system and associated controls and electrical. .2 Provide all labour, material and equipment for installation of new VRF unit(s) including new AHU coil, refrigerant piping, insulation, pipe support system, roof work. Disconnect and re-connect to existing building automation system including all material and programming as required for complete integration. Provide all electrical labour and material required for new unit(s). Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
