This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services on behalf of the Francophone North West School District (DSFNW) for a period of three (3) years from November 01, 2022 until October 31, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties. The option year pricing is subject to a satisfactory contract price that does not exceed the tendered price plus any publicly announced increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. A bid bond in the amount of (TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)) payable to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of New Brunswick as represented by the DSFNW or a certified cheque or bank draught payable to the Minister of Finance shall accompany the tender. Please submit with your tender a scanned copy of the Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Money Order as all tender submissions must be received electronically. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days before the closing date; any inquiries received less than seven (7) calendar days before the closing date will not be responded to. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
