Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 28,111-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials and equipment necessary to construct a new Administration Building as indicated on the Drawings and in the Specifications. Bidders may access the tender documents on the New Brunswick Opportunity Network (NBon) web page (https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca/) or MERX web page (https://www.merx.com/). Each bidder is responsible for obtaining the tender documents from NBon or MERX and each bidder is responsible for any associated printing costs.
