Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Sewer District is taking bids for a one (1) year requirement contract or until the appropriate funds have been exhausted for Sewer District Paving Services, whichever occurs first. The purpose is to provide paving and repair services of asphalt roadways, parking lots and sidewalks as specified for the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant (Southerly WWTP). The contractor shall be responsible for all permits, fees, tests, inspections, certifications, and applicable requirements relative to the execution of the Scope of Work specified within the bid documents. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, fuel, parts, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, incidentals. Codes and Standards, personal protective/safety equipment and devices, manuals, procedures, and services necessary for the safe, injury free completion of all services performed under the scope of this Contract. Prospective contractors shall acquaint themselves with the location and scope of services to be performed under the Contract by attending a mandatory site inspection. Bids shall be considered nonresponsive if Contractor fails to visit all the District locations listed in this bid per Sections DS-1 and DS-2. Site inspections shall be conducted after contacting the Facility Representative (Contact Persons listed in Section DS-3 Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this bid/contract.
