The LACPC is seeking suppliers for LED SPORTS LIGHTING PACKAGES including INSTALLATION SERVICES as follows: Football (New and Retrofit) Utilizing LED; Soccer (New and Retrofit) Utililizing LED; Baseball/Softball (New and Retrofit) Utilizing LED; Tennis (New and Retrofit) Utilizing LED; and Basketball (New and Retrofit) Utilizing LED. Additional packages by a bidder may be submitted. Bids must be submitted in USD. All pricing must include shipping costs FOB Baton Rouge, LA 70808 and will apply to all purchases within Louisiana. Please review and complete all tasks associated with this request. It is a requirement that bidders are able to comply with the US Federal Code of Regulations (CFR) and applicable State of Louisiana laws regarding product source, product origin and nationality. Quotes must indicate the source of all manufactured items. The LACPC is a Joint Cooperative Commission (Agency) under Louisianas Local Services Law, La. R.S. 33:1322 et seq. The LACPC is tasked with assisting its members and affiliates in creating publicly bid, joint use contracts to provide and to enhance public services, including Parks and Recreation services.
