Hangar (approx. 18,700 SF) must be remediated of lead paint and provided new bi-directional crane. Modify support areas (approx. 11,200 SF First Floor and 8,500 SF Second Floor) to suit Activity program. Project to include temporary shoring of the hangar cantilevers while threaded rod connections are repaired. Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs): Offerors who determine that the technical and or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing. PPIs must be submitted in writing to Natalya Kuti at Natalya.kuti.civ@us.navy.mil. The cutoff for PPIs is 20 July 2023 in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date.
