Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clark Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of August 18, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This work of Progress Schedule consists of furnishing a progress schedule to the Engineer for approval. The progress schedule must include a detailed plan outlining construction procedures with timetables. 1. The construction of this project shall commence following notice of award. In no case, shall any work be commenced prior to receipt of formal notice of award by Clark Township. 2. The entire project shall be final completed by November 15, 2025. 3. In advance of the preconstruction meeting, the Contractor shall provide a Progress Schedule to the Engineer for review and shall include, at a minimum, the controlling work items for the completion of the project and the planned dates that these work items will be controlling operations. The Progress Schedule shall be continuously updated and distributed at the progress meeting each month. Replacement of approximately 50 complete residential size sewage grinder pump stations and 500 sewage grinder pump core units and alarm panels with related appurtenances and restoration work. Purchase of 150 sewage grinder pump core units and 50 sewage grinder pump alarm panels.
