In order to provide better buildings for IPS Students, the Rebuilding Stronger Capital Referendum, approved through the IPS tax referenda on the May 2nd, 2023 election ballot, will generate up to $410M to fund IPS capital projects. Through this Capital Referendum, IPS will bring all IPS elementary and middle school buildings to good status within eight years, give all middle school students access to practice fields and competition-level playing fields, address the most significant facilities needs alongside programmatic renovations, and ensure IPS students are learning in safe, warm, and welcoming school buildings. The Procurement Coordinator along with a Facilities contact, and the Owner's Representative will conduct a pre-proposal meeting in the IPS Board Room at 120 E Walnut St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 on the date and time outlined in the Summary of Key Dates & Milestones. Attendance by potential prime respondents and interested teaming subcontractors is highly encouraged but not mandatory to submit a proposal. It is not necessary for first tier subcontractors to attend this meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for potential prime contractors and teaming subcontractors to connect as well as ask questions about the RFP and RFP process.
