Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Waimea, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

The scope of work consists of potholing, visual and camera closed-circuit television inspection, pressure testing, and rehabilitation of portions of the fire service lines with cure-in-place-pipe or similar means, at the Pier 3 container yard at Nawiliwili Harbor. The estimated cost of construction is between $400,000 and $475,000. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor "A" license at the time when bids are due. Bid security shall be in an amount equal to atleast five percent of the base bid and additive alternates. All questions and requests for information (RFI) applicable to the bid documents shall be submitted via HIePRO no later than five calendar days before bid opening.
