Based on the above outlined Scope of Work, the City estimates that total costs for this project (Schedule A and Schedule B ), including prevailing wage, taxes, and fees, as falling between $425,000 and $520,000. The City of Redmond, WA is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to conduct pavement repair at 185th Ave NE and NE 76th Street. Pavement repair has been separated into two schedules. Schedule A is the Base Bid and will be awarded, while Schedule B is the Additive Bid and is subject to award based on the Citys discretion. Grind and remove area marked to a depth no less than 2-inches. Approximately Grind

o Replace 1 advanced induction loop in the NB lane of 185th Avenue approaching NE 76th
Street.
Tack all edges and base.
Replace with HMA Class 1/2 inch PG-58H-22 to match existing grade.
All edges shall be finished with tar at a width of 4 inches.
Replace channelization as specified
Upgrade utility lids as specified
Replace existing sanitary sewer manhole frame and grate with new City provided frame and grate - 4 EA total
Adjust existing three water valve lids and boxes to grade- 3 EA total
