The Project includes the following Work: Mobilization; stakeout of utilities and necessary work; UFPO clearances; selective removals; excavation; protection of existing facilities and structures; backfilling and compaction; installation of playground equipment; erosion and sediment control; and all work necessary to complete work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work shall be substantially completed on or before December 4, 2023, and ready for final payment by December 31, 2023. Deadline for questions is 4:00 PM on June 19, 2023. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
