Site work for a development in Ballston Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Replacement of the Fishing Pier and Kayak Launch on Ballston Lake (the "Project") located on Outlet Road in the Town of Ballston, New York. The Contract generally consists of supplying and installing a new fishing pier and kayak launch for the Town of Ballston in accordance with the plans and specifications. The fishing pier and kayak launch shall be supplied and installed as shown on the drawings as prepared by Foit-Albert Associates, 435 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205. Bidders that obtain Contract Documents from a source other than the Town must notify the Town in order to be placed on the official plan holders list to receive Addenda and other Bid correspondence. Bids will only be accepted from firms listed on the official plan holders list. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. This is a lump sum bid as described in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Ballston reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
