After the mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk, all questions must be submitted in writing via the Bonfire E-Procurement Platform, available at https://cnusdk12.bonfirehub.com/ or by emailing Maria Moreno, Supervisor, Purchasing, at Maria.Moreno@cnusd.k12.ca.us by no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, June 5, 2023. Questions received after this deadline may not be answered. The purpose of this bid is to solicit offers from qualified Bidders to provide labor and materials for the asphalt repairs districtwide. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest overall responsive bidder. All attendees must check-in at the front office, providing a valid, government issued driver's license or other photo I.D., to obtain a guest badge prior to attending the conference and job walk. Attendees shall be required to sign an attendance list to be provided and attend the entire pre-bid conference and job walk. The following school sites will be visited during the first mandatory job walk in the following subsequent order immediately following the Initial Job Walk: Harada Elementary School, Riverview Elementary School, District Office, Washington Elementary School, Corona High School, Cesar Chavez Academy, Prado View Elementary School, Centennial High School, Anthony Elementary School, and Wilson Elementary School.
