All work shall be completed in accordance with project specifications and current building codes. The work includes all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for any necessary site investigations, for detailed and accurate material lists, and all field measurements necessary to complete the construction.
