Site work for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Work shall commence July 12, 2023. Substantial Completion shall be July 28, 2023. Final Completion shall be August 25, 2023. A site visit is required. Contact Richard Spartan, 417-402-7199, for opportunities. The tree within Zone 1 will be removed and exposed stump will be ground under separate contract. The Contractor shall further grind the stump to a depth of eighteen inches (18") under final grade. The sidewalk shall have a one foot (1') wide drain installed flush with sidewalk where shown with red rectangle on Image 2. Grate shall be equal to Dura Trench 12" wide ADA/Heel Proof galvanized iron slotted trench drain grate. The timber outlined in orange on Image 2 shall be removed. The Contractor shall create a swale in Zone 1 from the bench to the building; the lowest point shall align with the red line shown on Image 2 and slope toward the sidewalk drain. The area within Zone 1 shall receive sod. The swale shall be continued west of the sidewalk drain approximately four feet (4') and blended into existing grade. Zone 2 shall have four inches (4") of top soil added along approximately one hundred feet (100') on the south side next to the building, tapering to existing grade approximately four feet (4') to the north. Zone 2 shall receive grass seed and straw. Question Deadline 05/29/2023 at 2:35 PM CT
