The City of Springfield is seeking qualified firms or people to provide a grain bin gazebo for Rutledge Wilson Farm Park. A contract will be issued in the form of a purchase order. When Bidding on an or equal, Bids must be accompanied with all descriptive information necessary for an evaluation of the proposed material or equipment such as the detailed drawings and specifications, certified operation and test data, and experience records. Failure of any Bidder to furnish the data necessary to determine whether the product is equivalent may be cause for rejection ofthe specific item(s) to which it pertains. All deviations from the specifications must be noted in detail by the Bidder on the Affidavit of Compliance form, at the time of submittal of Bid. The absence of listed deviations at the time of submittal of the Bid will hold the Bidder strictly accountable to the specifications as written. Any deviation from the specifications as written and accepted by the City may be grounds for rejection ofthe material and/or equipment when delivered.
