Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Hampton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The general project scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following. Provide adequate mechanical ventilation by creating new concrete intake and exhaust shafts with ventilation along the existing steam tunnel alignment. The goal is to maintain proper temperature levels throughout the by introducing outside air and exhausting tunnel air in multiple locations. Modify hatches, ventilation and air lock system. Install real time temperature, humidity, and ventilation monitoring as modifications or expansion of the existing Delta V controls system at the Steam Plant as indicated. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $5M - $10M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days Amendment 0001 not 0002 that was released with new Bid date. Amendment 03 has been released.
