The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide for the execution and completion of the Work in its entirety. The Contractor shall perform all services in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, the Standard of Care and all of the Owners regulations, policies, practices and procedures. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the Contractor shall provide all permits, transportation, handling, materials storage, labor, tools, implements, machinery, supplies, water, heat, utilities, cleaning supplies and activities, and incidentals and shall do all things necessary to perform and to complete the Work. This RFP solicits the construction services to perform supplemental dredging at the Port of Alaska during an early and late time period of the open water construction season. Questions Due: 12:00 P.M. Local Time, May 24, 2023 Dredging within Cook Inlet given large tides and strong tidal currentd Avoiding interruptions to scheduled cargo, cement, cruise, and petroleum shipments.
