Renovation of a hospitality development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $100,001 - $200,000. The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of the exterior soffit at the entrance of the Golden Lion Hotel was severally damaged due to extensive water damage. The project consists of demolishing the existing finish on the entrance soffit and replacing in kind. To maintain the project schedule, Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents shall be made by Addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for addenda. Questions Due: 12:00 P.M. Local Time, May 25, 2023 As of August 14, 2023, received response from dave@burkhart-croft.com, "The MOA did not publish the Bid Tab. I can make some inquires. But work is ongoing, completion at the end of this month"
