Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB or Municipality) intends to secure a qualified and certified Contractor to complete the scope of work as detailed in this RFT. The contractor is deemed to be the Prime Contractor within the project lot limit. In addition, the Contractor will be required to provide abatement of the hazardous material, demolition, and disposal of the structure along with all concrete structural foundation (Concrete Piles, Grade Beams, Slabs on Grade & Exterior Aprons – all subgrade foundation components), demolition of any associated built forms on-site, fill the ground with approved material by RMWB, provide compaction and leveled with positive drainage of the overall site.
