Site work for a civil project in Corte Madera, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of existing storm pump station discharge header, vent pipes, check valves, and air valves. Construction of new vent pipes, check valves, flexible expansion joints, air valves, discharge header, pipe supports, concrete foundations, fencing, and building repairs. A certified check, or bid bond executed by an admitted surety insurer, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will fulfill the terms of the bid. The certified check or bid bond shall be made payable to the Town of Corte Madera The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept only a portion of certain items of the bid or to waive informalities in the bid.
