Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jurupa Valley, California. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of June 21, 2023, bids rejected. Will be rebidding the project in the next month.** The widening and reconstruction of the existing roadway including, but not limited to, new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, driveway approaches/driveways, and ADA access ramps all as noted on the plans and in the specifications, in the City of Jurupa Valley. All work must be completed within Ninety (90) working days after the date of authorization specified in the Notice to Proceed and to diligently prosecute said work, including corrective items of work, day to day thereafter, except as adjusted by subsequent Contract Change Orders. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by cash or a certified check or cashier's check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price payable to the City of Jurupa Valley as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his or her Proposal is accepted, will execute the Agreement, secure and furnish proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance, furnish any other insurance certificates as required, and furnish a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
