Prospective bidders are hereby notified that the Jurupa Community Services District, California (District), will receive bids for the Districts Harrel Headquarters Building Improvements Project No. M191001 - The project consists of major tenant improvements to the JCSDs Main Administration Building, a 20,250 SF, 2- story office building; tenant improvements to the 17,000 SF, 2-story manufactured steel warehouse and field staff building; and minor improvements to a 1-story, 2,000 SF modular office building. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The District has determined that a Class B (General Building Contractor) license is necessary to bid this project. If the bidder is a specialty contractor, the bidder is alerted to the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 7059.
