Reference number : 1728097 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-05 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The MRC would like to receive bids for the execution of work to replace six culverts on the P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park in the Lac-Saguay, Nominingue and Mont-Laurier sectors. The Contractor must provide the labour, machinery and all materials to complete the works described in the descriptive specifications of the work, including, among others: Reprofiling and digging of ditches over 250 m; Culvert cleaning; Replacement of 6 cross culverts; Preparation of the granular surface on the 6 excavation areas; Paving work with a single layer of bituminous coating on the 6 excavation areas; Reloading and shaping of the shoulders with topsoil and seeding on the 6 excavation areas (on both sides); Protection of existing surfaces and services; Traffic control and work signage; Restoration of the premises; Related works. All work must be completed within six (6) consecutive calendar weeks. The work can begin from September 11, 2023 and the paving work must be completed no later than October 24, 2023. If a contract is awarded, the MRC may award it for one, two or all of the three projects (P81-82-83 Nominingue and/or P105 Lac-Saguay and/or P201-202-203 Mont-Laurier ). The MRC will have complete discretion as to the projects it wishes to carry out. The tenderer must consider this possibility when fixing his price since no price adjustment will be granted in the event that the contract awarded does not relate to all of the projects. By submitting his bid, the bidder agrees to carry out the work at the price submitted for the projects that would be granted to him.
