Renovation of a mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000321479 This project is to replace the existing furnaces and air conditioning units in the Finance Center, Building B, at 1060 Harrison Road. Project pricing is to include any necessary design, permits, startup costs, and inspections to complete the project to code. A total of three existing 80% efficient furnaces is to be replaced with like units. The cooling portion of the project is to include recovery of refrigerant, demolition of the existing cooling, and replacement with new 14 SEER rated units. The scope of the project is to include any required gas line and electrical improvements. Question Acceptance Deadline 06/09/2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Preference will be given to vendors who can complete the upgrade on or before August 1st, 2023.
