All work shall be performed within El Paso County right-of-way and easements ("EPC ROW") acquired for the Project. Staging and stockpiles shall be within EPC ROW unless written permission is obtained from property owner(s). Utility relocation will be required during construction of the Project. Close collaboration and/or coordination with affected utility providers and their contractors will be required. Utility providers within the project limits include but may not be limited to: Black Hills Energy (gas), Zayo (fiber optic), Lumen/CenturyLink (fiber optic & telephone), and Mountain View Electric Association (electric).
