IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of handrails around existing raingardens located at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center (CTC) to include four locations for "gate" access into the gardens. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of handrails around the existing rain gardens located at the Julia Carson Transit Center (CTC) to include four locations for "gate" access into the gardens. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to construct the improvements. The work shall include all necessary traffic maintenance and erosion control. The Contractor shall determine the full scope of work through the examination of the Contract Documents and site locations. All work shall be executed and completed within the Contract Time and Contract Milestones and in a manner that minimizes the impact to public access, traffic, businesses, residents, and the environment.
