The Project as a whole includes construction of a new mechanical wastewater treatment plant, including headworks building, influent pump station, oxidation ditch, secondary clarification, UV disinfection, aerobic digestion, sludge storage and thickening, administration building, abandoning the existing lagoon system, sludge removal, cured in place pipe lining, gravity sewer replacement and all related work. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The City of Belding and F&V Construction reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Project.
