Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Thousand Oaks, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Design, construction and installation of battery energy storage system (BESS) and associated infrastructure at Goebel Adult Center to provide resilience and off-grid operation in the event of a power outage. Priority is to support use of Adult Center as an emergency cooling center and/or shelter. Project is included in the City of Thousand Oaks' Fiscal Years 2023-2024/2024-2025 CIP Budget. As of June 6, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in the summer of 2023 and is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
