Renovation of a municipal facility in Thousand Oaks, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrade material handling and exterior bulk material storage areas to improve storm water management at the Municipal Service Center operations yard. Upgrades may include permanent covered storage areas, re-grading drainage paths, and other mitigation measures relating to storm water quality. Project is included in the City of Thousand Oaks' Fiscal Years 2023-2024/2024-2025 CIP Budget. As of June 6, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2023 and is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
