Your Company is invited to submit a Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The request for proposal is part of a competitive selection process to engage a CMAR firm to provide services for the construction of the City of Bolivar Sports Complex and City Hall Renovations. The City of Bolivar will procure the services of Architect to provide professional services for the design of this project. A copy of the most recently proposed site plan program layout for the Sports Complex is included as Appendix A. PROJECT LOCATION West Park Sports Complex 75 Athletic Lane Bolivar, Tennessee 38008 City Hall Renovation 211 N. Washington St. Bolivar, TN 38008 Expansion of the existing sports complex with 4 new ball fields, 3 soccer fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 45,000 SF Multi-Use indoor facility, and renovation to the 3 existing ball fields. Includes renovations to City Hall to convert the existing basketball gym into a conference and event space.
