Site work and paving for a road / highway in Knox Dale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals will be received by Knox Township for the following: 1. 33,898 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, In Place 2. 11,000 S Y. Double Asphalt Seal Coat, In Place Work shall be completed on or before 9/15/23. After9/15/23 liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of thebid, made payable to the municipality must accompanythe bid. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or allproposals.
