The deadline to ask questions is 12/11/2023 5:00 PM CST The proposed 36-inch water transmission main will connect to the current water system at the entrance of the Jefferson Water Treatment Plant off Pinder Avenue. The approximate 8,280 linear feet of water main line then travels south along Pinder Avenue to Shea Street, then east along Shea Street to Santa Cleotilde Avenue, then north to Garden Street, then East to cross IH35 and then cross Zacate Creek and provide a stubout for the next phase of the project near the dead end of W. Kearney Street. This project replaces a portion of the aged 36-inch water transmission main from the Jefferson Water Treatment Plant to the Lyons Water Plant Site in the City of Laredo, Texas. The proposed 36-inch water transmission main will connect to the current water system at the entrance ofthe Jefferson Water Treatment Plant off Pinder Avenue.
